The St. Luke Baptist Church of Paterson, New Jersey is “Determined to Know Christ and Make Him Known.” We are challenged to develop an intimate relationship with Christ through worship, study, stewardship, and prayer.

As we mature in our faith we are challenged to “Make Christ Known,” through our individual life-styles, and our church’s ministry that seeks to evangelize the lost, edify believers and elevate men and women through socially responsible and relevant ministries.

 Operation prayer

The Challenge

To overcome and defeat prayerlessness individually and as a congregation.

The Goal

To increase the attendance and participation in ALL church sponsored Prayer Gatherings
and subsequently empower our church to do “greater works” for the Lord.

NO PRAYER = NO POWER
LITTLE PRAYER = LITTLE POWER
MUCH PRAYER = MUCH POWER
