St. Luke CDC is a nonprofit 501©(3) community based organization located in Paterson, NJ. St. Luke CDC was established by St. Luke Baptist Church in 1997 under the direction of the Rev. Kenneth Clayton to serve as a catalyst for economic and community development in the City of Paterson and Passaic County.
